Jesus gave the Great Commission to “Go and make disciples of all nations…” (Matt. 28:19) Every member of our church is called to be a part of the mission of making disciples in our city, across America, and around the world.
We believe that the scope of God’s love is world-wide, and the only way the lost can be saved is through the message of Christ. This leads us to take the Gospel to all who need to hear, from our community to the most unreached places in the world.
Pray
Our goal is to be a people who are making disciples among all nations, and supporting others who are doing this work as well. Prayer is necessary in accomplishing this task. When we pray, God leads us to serve others in amazing ways that will bring Him glory and honor. We ask that you pray for those committed to serving from Decatur to the ends of the earth sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those who do not know Him.
The people who have dedicated their lives to full-time missional work.
The individuals and the projects for those who are on mission trips.
2 Thessalonians 3:1 ESV

Serve
Serving is the action of making disciples of all nations, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those who do not know Him. As Christians, we believe we are commanded to do this by Jesus. This could be as close as going to your neighbor next door or as far as traveling to a foreign country to share the Gospel. It can be done through building relationships over coffee, caring for the elderly, building a home for those in need, feeding the hungry, loving orphans, and so much more. The need for Jesus to be known from Decatur to the ends of the earth is great. As a church, we ask you to prayerfully consider how God is calling you to love and serve others.
